Innovation is an essential strategy for ensuring your company is positioned to meet customer needs.  The innovative approaches taken by our suppliers enable them to meet Toyota’s standards for enhanced quality, safety and cost-effectiveness as well as bring our company numerous competitive advantages.

Hear from a panel of Toyota Tier I and Tier II MBE suppliers as they share real examples of how innovation makes their companies stronger and better positioned for sustained growth.

Topic 2: Developing Innovative Relationships for Long-term Viability

It takes time and focused effort to establish and nurture quality business relationships that result in tangible opportunities.  What are the best practices for MBEs and Tier I suppliers to build a solid network of contacts?
